Previously served as VP Business Development and VP Operations for technology companies; has been involved with several mergers & acquisitions; more than 30 years managing technical organization operations, projects, and technology transfer.

Served as President & CEO of two hi-tech companies over the last 20 years; taken 23 materials ideas to commercial products over 30 years; named as inventor on 11 US Patents in advanced materials.

Pol Grappe

Senior Scientist

After graduating with a Master’s degree in Physics and Marketing,  Pol has  served more than 4 years as a Research Associate in carbon fiber research and development.

Jonathan Ford

Project Manager, Design Engineer

Jonathan holds a Master’s degree in Aerospace Engineering with a background in fluid dynamics and design engineering. Prior to coming to RMX he had twelve years of experience in the automotive/transportation industry as an design engineer, energy analyst, manager and project manager.

Rob Fogg

Control Systems Specialist

Worked in research and development testing laboratory environments for the past 15 years while devoting 8 years to systems integration, control system design, and software development of   R&D applications and large scale, multi-million dollar, manufacturing systems.

William Wallace

Design Engineer

Previously led Ea-18G Naval Antenna engineering effort during development and initial fielding of the system; Over 12 years of experience in Antenna, Radome, electronic materials, Microwave, RF, Electronic Warfare and Monolithic Microwave Integrated Circuit (MMIC) Design; Served as Chairman of the Industrial Advisory Board for Nation Science Foundation  IUCRC for Embedded Systems.

Corey Bounds

Laboratory Operations Leader

Prior to coming to RMX, Corey worked in the manufacturing industry for over 20 years as an electro-mechanical engineering technician.  Experience includes safety, quality control, production validation, durability testing, electronic assembly & test, machining, and commissioning.

Nick Grubb

Technician

Nick also holds experience working with the Oak Ridge National Laboratory, Red River Army Depot, and multiple VA Hospitals regarding environmental, safety, & energy management. A.A.S in Business Administration.

Pamela Loy

Accounting/Administration

Tennessee native that worked in the banking community as a District/Branch Manager for over 18 years. Graduate from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.

Eddie Watson

VP Technical Services Group

Eddie is responsible for the direction, marketing, and management of RMX Technical Services Group.  He has more than 39 years of experience in operations and project management, providing support in the areas of energy management, health and safety management, project management, design, construction, demolition, regulatory compliance, decontamination and decommissioning, information management, education and training, and system integration.

Eddie holds a Bachelor of Engineering Technology in Civil Engineering with a Construction Emphasis Major from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, North Carolina.  He also holds an Associates of Science degree in Building Construction from Greenville Technical College, Greenville, South Carolina.

Anderson Little

Project Analyst

Anderson joined RMX at the beginning of 2017.  She has worked in Business Development, Organizational Leadership, and a variety of technical/management roles for more than 20 years in industries to include: energy, oil and gas, media production, and hospitality.

Jacob Perry

Technician

Jacob joined RMX in the spring of 2017.  He received his Associates Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Pellissippi State where he studied subjects such as machining, 3D drafting, electrical circuitry, statics, strength of materials, and hydraulics and pneumatics.  He also holds a Measurement, Materials and Safety certification from the NIMS.  Prior to joining RMX Jacob spent more than four years in hospitality management.

 

Mike Agentis

Technician

Mike recently joined RMX and brings a diverse background that brings innovation and creative problem-solving skills to the team.

In his former life, Mike specialized in audio and music design and implementation for video games, film and video.  Before coming to RMX, he also lived in Japan for two years teaching English as a second language to children and participating in the local music scene.  He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Contemporary Writing and Production from Berklee College of Music in Boston, MA.     His experience includes software quality control and assurance, video editing, website creation and design, graphic design, technical writing and editing, hardware control systems design and audio recording.

 

Josh Brady

Mechanical Design Engineer

Fifteen years of experience in machine design, integrating robotics, pneumatics, machine vision, and servos with custom fabricated parts into fully and semi-automated equipment for manufacture of automotive components and systems.
